The AccuFlow is a modular (2+2) 4-layer construction that provides a high level of void volume and excellent resistance to compaction. The MD yarn system utilizes single monofilament yarns for superior tensile strength and openness. The CD yarn system uses an optimized end count with smaller single monofilament yarns which provide smaller yarn knuckles and excellent pressure uniformity. The high base caliper and high base weight ratio effectively bridges roll venting to eliminate shadow marking concerns. Available in two versions: 1) the industries’ highest void volume base - a heavy ultra-high void volume base with coarse MD and CD yarns, and 2) a lighter weight high void volume base with finer MD and CD yarns.
